Agreement
you are going with Special Cd Shop into an agreement, as soon as you order
procedure in our online store completely and has ordered to carry
out one of our payment methods. You will receive by email an automatically
generated order confirmation with the ordered item, and the associated costs.
Shipping
we ship worldwide items, which we have in stock, normally within 6 days
after address-control and payment confirmation. Not stock items are
directly and exclusively for you ordered and supplied by us as soon as possible.
When an item can be delivered by the supplier is not fast enough, we will contact you,
if back orders will take longer than 7 days.
Because of speed and low postage, we have chosen TNT/post as transport partner.
Packaging
delivery all products are, if indicated, directly from our shop.
However, if a product ordered by you, being out of stock, then it
is automatically ordered by us for you and exclsuief and in note.
We posts you then, via email, when the item is back in stock
and delivered to you is going to be.

Annulment
If you want to cancel your purchase, after confirmation, please let us know
a.s.a.p. via email. If we haven't recieved your email before we've shipped your
purchase, this right of annulment is invalid.

Warranty
Special CD Shop garantees the quality of your purchase, as well as our packaging for
shipment. If your purchase is damaged, incomplete of wrongly delivered, you can
return the item in it's original package, within 7 days after delivery, to the
adress below. After we've recieved and checked your return, we'll replace the
item or refund your money.
